Product Overview
The 6339191-1 is a 8P8C 1-port RJ45/CAT-5 surface-mount shielded right angle Modular Jack with gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts, black LCP (liquid crystal polymer) housing and tin-plated copper alloy shield. A metal shell that provides EMI/RFI protection. EMI/RFI is unwanted electromagnetic energy (or noise) in the frequency range that is generally used in radio communication. Contacts are on the bottom and the latch is on the top to allow for alternate location of latch. Integrated into the modular jack, eliminating the need for additional system space for indicators. Available in multiple colours and configurations.
