Product Overview
ZTPD-2210 is a thermometric infrared sensor. This digital output IR detector introduces a temperature-compensated digital I²C output. This innovative design integrates both thermopile and ASIC into a single metal package, delivering a temperature-compensated temperature output signal. It is an Infrared thermopile detector with digital calibrated output for non-contact temperature detection. Application includes non-contact thermometer, temperature sensing for automotive cabin and building HVAC system, home appliance (Microwave oven, Refrigerator, Coffer machine, etc), healthcare (Human body temperature detection).
- Ambient temperature compensation, sleep mode for energy saving
- Supply voltage range from 2.7 to 5.5V, 1mA current consumption typ (active, 25°C)
- 1.0°C typ accuracy (25°C), 24bit max resolution
- ADC clock frequency range from 0.9 to 1.1MHz (internal ADC clock)
- 1ms max start-up time (VDD ramp up to analogue operation)
- 3.4MHz max I²C clock frequency
- 90Degree typ field of view (50% of maximum output)
- Internal clock range from 0.1 to 3.4MHz, 80msec max sampling interval
- Low level output current range from 3 to 40mA
- Operating temperature range from -20 to 85°C
