Product Overview
The AT series capacitors from AVX are class II high temperature multilayer ceramic chip capacitors with C0G dielectric material. These high temperature chip capacitors with verified capability of long term operation up to 250°C offers high current handling capabilities, high volumetric efficiency, high insulation resistance and low ESR/ESL.
- Capacitance value range from 100pF to 0.1µF
- EIA 0805, 1206, 1210, 1812 and 2225 case sizes available
- DC voltage rating of 25V
- Temperature coefficient of ±30%
- Available in ±5%, ±10% and ±20% tolerance
