Product Overview
EVAL-AD5546SDZ is an evaluation board evaluating the AD5546 precision 16-bit, multiplying, low power, current output, parallel input digital-to-analogue converter (DAC). It operates from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply with ±10V multiplying references for four-quadrant outputs. Built-in four-quadrant resistors facilitate the resistance matching and temperature tracking that minimize the number of components needed for multiquadrant applications. The applied external reference input voltage (VREF) determines the full-scale output current. The feedback resistor (RFB) simplifies the I-to-V conversion with an external buffer. The EVAL-AD5546SDZ is used in conjunction with the EVALSDP-CB1Z system demonstration platform (SDP) board (purchased separately from the evaluation board).
