EVALIHW25N140R5LTOBO1 is a 2KW single-ended induction heating evaluation board with 1400V reverse conducting R5L IGBT. The single-ended induction heating evaluation board EVAL-IHW25N140R5L features the 1400V reverse conducting R5L family of IGBTs, specifically designed for resonant switching applications with maximum output power up to 2KW. This evaluation board demonstrates the functionality and features of the 1400 V reverse conducting R5L IGBTs technology in combination with our EiceDRIVER™ 25V single-channel low-side non-inverting gate driver. Typical applications include smart induction cooktop – precise and efficient heating control.
