SEN0560

SEN0560 is an ultrasonic ToF material detection sensor. This is a compact ultrasonic time‑of‑flight (ToF) sensing module designed to identify surface materials by analysing differences in echo signal energy. Operating within a short detection range of 2–10cm, this ultrasonic material identification module enables reliable differentiation between hard and soft surfaces. A miniature footprint, lightweight construction, and low power consumption make this embedded sensing unit suitable for compact robotics and smart appliances. The ultrasonic inspection module outputs recognition results through IO (high/low) signals or UART communication, enabling seamless integration with robotic control systems that require fast surface classification and responsive behavioural adjustments.
