DMP4051LK3-13 is a P-channel enhancement mode MOSFET. This MOSFET is designed to minimize the on-state resistance (RDS(ON)) and maintain superior switching performance, making it ideal for high efficiency power management applications. Typical applications include backlighting, DC-DC converters, power management functions.
- 100% unclamped inductive switch (UIS) test in production
- Low on-resistance, fast switching speed
- Drain-source voltage is -40V at TA = +25°C
- Gate-source voltage is ±20V at TA = +25°C
- Continuous drain current is -10.5A at TC = +25°C, VGS = -10V
- Pulsed drain current is -28.9A at TA = +25°C, VGS = -10V
- Pulsed source current (body diode) is -28.9A at TA = +25°C
- Static drain-source on-resistance is 0.051ohm max at VGS = -10V, ID = -12A, TA = +25°C
