The 1EDI3050 EVAL BOARD offers full flexibility to evaluate IGBT or SiC performance via 1EDI3050AS SPI functionality. It comes with a GUI to easily customize parameters based on different use cases. Typical applications include traction inverters for HEV and EV, eDisconnect (solid state battery main disconnection) and eFuse (solid state HV auxiliaries disconnection).
