EVAL2ED2748S01GM1TOBO1 is an evaluation board (EVB) for 160V half-bridge SOI gate driver IC with 100 V OptiMOS™ Power MOSFET and iMOTION™ MADK. The EVAL-2ED2748S01GM1 evaluation kit for BPA consists of a three-phase inverter power board with the 160V rated 2ED2748S01G half-bridge gate driver drives twelve 100V rated OptiMOS™ MOSFETs IPTC015N10NM5. This EVB is powered by a DC source in the range of 60V to 84V and provides a three-phase output to power 1800W to 3000W (with heat sink) BLDC motors operating at a nominal 72V DC bus voltage. It contains the new 160V, half-bridge gate driver IC 2ED2748S01G, the OptiMOS™ IPTC015N10NM5, bus capacitors, a single shunt for current sensing, and other peripheral circuits. Before connecting the battery pack, ensure reverse polarity protection and inrush protection is provided to EVAL-2ED2748S01 GM1 board. Suitable for cobots, cordless power tools, high power BLDC/PMSM/ACIM motor drive up to 200V and trusted semiconductor solutions for LEV.
