EVAL6ED2742S01QM1TOBO1 is an evaluation board for evaluating 6ED2742S01Q new 160V 3-phase gate driver for BPA. Evaluation kit consists of a 3-phase inverter power board with 160V rated 6ED2742S01Q three-phase gate driver driving six 150V rated OptiMOS™ MOSFETs BSC074N15NS5. The power board has a M1 connector that is used to interface with iMotion™ MADK control card - EVAL-M1-101T. This control card is powered by IMC101T-T038 iMOTION™ motor control IC featuring advanced MCE, that enables state-of-the-art Sensorless FOC without need for any coding. This board is powered by a DC source in range of 10.8 to 120V and provides 3-phase output to power up to 250W (without heat sink) to 500W (with heat sink) BLDC motors operating at a nominal 24V DC bus voltage. The package also contains a DC-DC buck converter with integrated MOSFET to provide auxiliary power supply of 12 and 3.3V single shunt for current sensing and overcurrent protection and a voltage divider for DC-link voltage measurement.
