N5439A

N5439A is an InfiniiMax III ZIF probe head designed for high-speed signal measurements, offering up to 28GHz bandwidth in an economical replaceable tip form factor. Its extremely low loading allows ZIF tips to remain on the DUT while the probe head is moved between test points, improving efficiency and minimizing disruption. The probe supports multiple tip options, including 450 Ω and 200 Ω ceramic tips (N5440A, N5447A) and the 450 Ω PC board tip (N2838A), which enhances durability while maintaining performance up to 25GHz when used with compatible accessories. It provides adjustable tip spacing from 5 mil to 80 mil (0.127mm to 2mm) for flexible probing. The N5439A does not include ZIF tips and requires separate ordering. For hands-free operation, it can be used with a 3D probe positioner and is compatible with all InfiniiMax III probe amplifiers.
