Product Overview
U7106F/-200 is a SP6T, DC to 67GHz, terminated, multiport electromechanical switch. This multiport switch provides the performance, reliability and higher density required for multi-DUTs or multi-channel DUTs testing applications. It suitable for automated test and measurement, signal monitoring, and routing applications. Innovative and rigorous design with stringent manufacturing specifications testing allows the switch to meet the requirements for highly repeatable switching elements in test instruments and switching interfaces.
- Option (200): standard 24V DC and 16-PIN DIP DC connector with 24inch ribbon cable, bare wire
- Isolation: 65dB minimum (54 to 67GHz)
- Insertion loss (dB): 0.35 + 0.023 x frequency (GHz)
- Return loss (VSWR) maximum: 54 to 67GHz: 10.0dB (1.92)
- 15ms maximum switching time
- Extend the number of test ports for multi-DUT or multiport devices measurement
- Life cycles: 1 million
- Achieve lower cost-per-port test without compromising performance
- Opto-electronics indicator and current interrupt
