AC164129 is an audio PICtail Plus daughter board. It is used with the Explorer 16 Development Board to facilitate rapid implementation, development and testing of full duplex speech and audio applications. The card features low cost speech and audio playback circuitry, microphone and line pre-amp with adjustable gain control, headphone amplifier, 16/24 bit codec for high fidelity applications and 4 Mega bit serial flash memory. The card also features circuitry required for the dsPIC DSC devices with Audio DAC.

Warnings

To avoid damage to the Audio PICtail Plus Daughter Board, the 28 Pin Starter Development Board must operate at +3.3V when it is connected to the Audio PICtail Plus Daughter Board.
