Product Overview
The AT24C256C-SSHL-T is a 256KB I2C compatible (2-Wire) serial EPROM in 8 pin SOIC package. The device’s cascading feature allows up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus. It is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential. In addition, this device operates from 1.7V to 5.5V.
- Low voltage and standard-voltage operation (VCC = 1.7V to 5.5V)
- Internally organized as 32,768 x 8
- Schmitt trigger, filtered inputs for noise suppression
- Bidirectional data transfer protocol
- 400KHz (1.7V) and 1MHz (2.5, 2.7, 5.0V) compatibility
- Write protect pin for hardware protection
- 64byte page write mode (partial page writes allowed)
- Self timed write cycle (5ms maximum)
- High reliability (1,000,000 write cycles endurance)
