Product Overview
MCP6282-E/MS is a dual rail-to-rail operational amplifier that provides wide bandwidth for the current. It supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS – 300mV. This family of operational amplifier is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process. Application includes automotive, portable equipment, photodiode amplifiers, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs, and battery-powered systems.
- Gain bandwidth product is 5.0MHz typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.2V to +5.5V)
- Quiescent current per amplifier is 450µA typ (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.2V to +5.5V)
- Supply voltage range from 2.2 to 6.0V (TA = +25°C, VSS = GND)
- Input offset voltage range from -5.0 to +5.0mV (TA= -40°C to +125°C, VCM = VSS)
- Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.2V to +5.5V)
- Common mode rejection ratio is 85dB typ (VCM = -0.3V to 2.5V, VDD = 5V, TA = +25°C)
- Slew rate is 2.5V/µs typ (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.2V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- Phase margin at unity-gain is 65° typ (G = +1 V/V, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.2V to +5.5V)
- Output short circuit current is ±25mA typ (TA = +25 C, VDD = +2.2V to +5.5V, VSS = GND)
- 8 pin MSOP package, extended operating temperature range from -40 to 125°C
