Product Overview
MCP6294T-E/ST is a quad, rail-to-rail op amp. It provides wide bandwidth for the current. It has a 10MHz gain bandwidth product (GBWP) and a 65° phase margin. It also operates from a single supply voltage as low as 2.4V, while drawing 1mA (typical) quiescent current. In addition, it supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a common-mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS - 300mV. This family of operational amplifiers is designed with Microchip's advanced CMOS process. Application includes AEC-Q100 qualified. grade 1, portable equipment, photodiode amplifier, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs, battery powered systems.
- Input offset voltage range from -3.0 to +3.0mV (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- Input offset temperature drift is ±1.7µV/°C typical (TA = -40°C to +125°C, VCM = VSS)
- 90dB power supply rejection ratio typical (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- 85dB common-mode rejection ratio typical (VCM = -0.3V to 2.5V, VDD = 5V)
- 110dB DC open-loop gain (large signal) typical (VOUT = 0.2V to VDD - 0.2V, VCM = VSS)
- Supply voltage range from 2.4 to 6.0V (TA = -40°C to +125°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- 1.0mA quiescent current per amplifier typical (IO = 0, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- 10.0MHz gain bandwidth product typical (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- 7V/µs slew rate typical (TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
- 14 lead TSSOP package, extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
