Product Overview
MIKROE-259 is a 5V-3.3V voltage translator board that allows you to use a 5V prototype device in 3.3V voltage systems. Board features two 8-bit non-inverting bus transceiver SN74LVCC3245A. All inputs and outputs are 5V tolerant. SN74LVCC3245A is manufactured in advanced dual metal CMOS technology. This bus transceiver contains two separate supply rails that allow transition from a 5V to 3.3V system environment. Board contains MC33269DT-3.3 - 3.3V voltage regulator which can be enabled using J17 jumper and create 3.3v power supply for low voltage port. Board offers the best solution for high-speed 5V-3.3V voltage translation.
