MIKROE-6875

MIKROE-6875 is a Hydrogen 2 Click compact add-on board designed for hydrogen gas detection by measuring the thermal conductivity of gases in air for safety, control, and diagnostic purposes. It is based on the TCIXTMA1 XENSIV™ TCI hydrogen sensor from Infineon, which integrates a resistive full sensor bridge and an advanced ASIC to deliver a fully calibrated and temperature-compensated digital output. It offers a wide hydrogen measurement range from 0 to 16vol%, fast response times below 100ms, high measurement accuracy, and long-term stability with minimal lifetime drift, while communicating with the host MCU over a high-speed I2C interface. It is well suited for automotive fuel cell leakage detection, battery thermal runaway monitoring, and general industrial hydrogen safety and monitoring systems. Hydrogen 2 Click is fully compatible with the mikroBUS™ socket and can be used on any host system supporting the mikroBUS™ standard.
