Product Overview
The MF300 is a special low solder-balling formula Liquid Flux with VOC-free, high activity, no-clean, highly effective on low solder ability surfaces, <lt/>1% VOC - Meets US air quality legislation. This flux perform well, even when used on poorly preserved copper substrate, it has been designed to minimise solder balling between adjacent pads.
