The MBC13916NT1 is a SiGe:C RF Cascade Low Noise Amplifier for general purpose applications. The high reverse isolation, general purpose RF amplifier, fabricated with our advanced RF BiCMOS process using the SiGe:C module. On-chip bias circuitry sets the bias point, while matching is accomplished OFF-chip, affording the maximum in application flexibility.
- 2.5dBm Typical output power at 1.0dB gain compression at 900MHz, VCC = 2.7V
- 45dB Typical reverse isolation (device level) at 900MHz, VCC = 2.7V
- 4.7mA Typical bias current at VCC = 2.7V
