Product Information
Product Overview
ERJUP8D1002V is an ERJ-UP type, ERJ-UP8 series high power, anti-surge and anti-sulphurated thick film chip resistor. This resistor provides anti-sulphurisation characteristics that avoid an open circuit caused by a sulphide disconnection. High resistance to sulphurisation is achieved through the use of an anti-sulphurated electrode structure and material in the manufacture of ERJ-UP series resistors. This ERJ-UP series is recommended for design in harsh or unclean environment applications where a device might be exposed to oil, gas or polluted soil.
- 10kohm resistance
- ±0.5% resistance tolerance
- 1206 [3216 Metric] resistor case
- ±100ppm/°C temperature coefficient
- High reliability: metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- ESD surge characteristics superior to standard metal film resistor
- Ag-PD based inner electrode and structure, suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- Reference standards: EC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8 and JEITA RC-2134C and AEC-Q200 compliant
- 500V voltage rating and 660mW power rating
- Category temperature range from -55 to +155°C
