The Scroll Hat Mini is a compact LED matrix board with 119 white LEDs, ideal for animations and scrolling messages. Four tactile buttons allow you add additional functionality and the header is pre-attached ready for use.

- Individual PWM brightness control of each LED
- IS31FL3731 LED matrix driver chip (I2C address 0x74)
