- Ultra-wide input range from 30VDC to 550VDC
- Output of 15V / 650mA
- <gt/>78% full load efficiency at 400VDC input
- <lt/>60mW no-load consumption
- Automotive grade BOM
- No optocoupler
- 750V integrated MOSFET giving 75% derating
- 85°C ambient temperature operation, 105°C with thermal pad to enclosure
