GNP2130TEC-1-EVK-001 is an evaluation board (EVK) to evaluate GaN power devices for DFN8080. Suitable for use in telecom, industry and robot applications.

- Peak efficiency: 95.0% with VIN=230V
- No-load power consumption: <0.3W
- Input voltage range from 9 to 264V AC
