EFM8BB50F4G-A-QFN12 is a EFM8BB50 MCU. It is a multi-purpose line of 8-bit microcontroller with a comprehensive feature set in small packages. It offers high value by integrating advanced analogue and communication peripherals into small packages, making them ideal for space-constrained applications. With an efficient 8051 core, 5V capable I/O, precision analogue, and enhanced pulse-width modulation, the EFM8BB50 family is also optimal for embedded applications. Typical applications are LED/lighting control, industrial automation, consumer electronics, motor control, power tools, appliances, toys, personal hygiene products, battery packs, optical modules.
  • Pipelined 8-bit C8051 core with 50MHz maximum operating frequency
  • Up to 12 multifunction, 5V capable I/O pins, 1 x 12-bit analogue to digital converter
  • Integrated temperature sensor, 3-channel PCA w/ PWM
  • 3-channel PWM engine, 4 x 16bit timers, 2 x 8-bit timers, UART, SMBus/I2C
  • SPI with 4 byte FIFO, priority crossbar for flexible pin mapping, 4 x configurable logic units
  • 4 configurable logic units, pre-loaded UART bootloader, 128-bit unique device identifier (UUID)
  • Single power supply is 1.8 to 5.5V
  • 4KB flash memory, 512bytes RAM, 9 GPIO
  • QFN12 package
  • Temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
