Product Overview
TB67S101A is a two-phase bipolar stepping motor driver using a PWM chopper. An interface is PHASE in control. It is fabricated with the BiCD process.
- Capable of controlling 1 bipolar stepping motor, motor output current is 4A
- PWM controlled constant-current drive, motor power supply is 50V
- Allows full, half, quarter step operation
- Low on-resistance (high + low side=0.49 ohm (typ) MOSFET output stage
- High efficiency motor current control mechanism (advanced dynamic mixed decay)
- High voltage and current, built-in VCC regulator for internal circuit use
- Chopping frequency of a motor can be customized by external resistance and condenser
- Operating temperature is -20°C to 85°C
- Package style is HTSSOP48-P-300-0.50
